Schedule for Reunion Weekend, 2010 - please RSVP!

Okay, gang.  Details are set, so if you'd like to come, please RSVP by e-mailing me (Heidi) at hreinholdt@gmail.com.  You can also send me your deposit by Paypal at the same e-mail, or you can send me a good old-fashioned check if you prefer (I can send you my address info via e-mail).

Here's the schedule:

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2010:

5:30-?.  Adults only.

Cocktails and dinner at Ceviche Sarasota, 1216 1st St.   Cocktail hour starts at 5:30, dinner will probably kick off around 6:30 or 7.  Food is Spanish tapas-style, so there should be something to accommodate nearly all food preferences.  Our private dining area will be opened to the public and live music will start sometime between 9 and 10, but when that happens, we can stay where we are, move upstairs to the rooftop bar or to some other location, or go home and go to bed because we're OLD.


SUNDAY, OCTOBER 10, 2010:

12:00 noon to ?
Kids welcome.

Picnic, Urfer Family Park, 4000 Honore Ave.

Afternoon picnic, catered with BBQ (and yes, we'll get mac n' cheese and some salads, so it will be veggie-friendly).   Bring the kids, bring the dogs.  Hell, bring Bill McCracken if you can find him.




COST:  $100 per person (adults only - no extra charge to bring kids to the picnic).  This includes dinner and some sangria on Saturday (additional booze will be a la carte the night of the event), as well as catering for the picnic on Sunday.  

RSVP:  To Heidi Reinholdt (hreinholdt@gmail.com).  Paypal your deposit to the same address.  

CANCELLATIONS:  If you RSVP and send me a deposit, but need to cancel for any reason, I will be happy to refund your money MINUS $25.00 per person, which will go toward covering the group deposits on the park and the dining room at Ceviche.  Thus, if you RSVP for yourself and your spouse, send me $200, and then cancel, I will refund $150.00.

Our 20th (sigh) reunion is upon us! Specific plans are still TBA, but the dates are set, so mark your calendars accordingly.

Columbus Day weekend, 2010:

• Saturday night event (dinner/mingling/etc. -- adults only): October 9, 2010
• Sunday afternoon picnic (kids welcome): October 10, 2010

We have already reserved space in a park for the picnic and are closing in on final estimates for the Satuday night dinner. Once that's all hammered out, I'll be collecting RSVPs. Stay tuned...
